    Your Cleaning Genie offers a wide range of cleaning services including Residential, Commercial, Offices, Move-in/move-out cleaning, Construction clean up, Seniors & Snowbird services, Events and Specialty Services .   • What happens if I'm not satisfied with the results of my cleaning job?
    At Your Cleaning Genie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the results of your job, please contact us immediately and our team will work with you to make it right. We guarantee our work and will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction.
  • What methods of payment does Your Cleaning Genie accept?
    Your Cleaning Genie accepts major credit cards, checks, PayPal, Venmo, and cash.
  • What if I need to change the date or time of my cleaning?
    Simply call or email to let us know. We will gladly reschedule for you. Remember, your housekeeper is reserved exclusively for your scheduled appointment. Please provide 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation/rescheduling fees. $50 – for cancellation fee if not notified within 24 hours – Remember, your housekeeper is exclusively reserved for your appointment.
  • Does Your Cleaning genie offer gift certificates?
    Yes! Your Cleaning Genie offers gift certificates for any of our cleaning services. Give the gift of a clean home and make someone's day!
  • Does Your Cleaning Genie offer any special discounts?
    Yes! Your Cleaning Genie offers special discounts for first-time customers, as well as discounts for multi-service packages. For more information on our discounts, please contact our customer service team.
  • How often should I schedule a cleaning?
    We recommend scheduling cleanings on a regular basis to keep your home or office looking its best. Depending on your needs, you can choose to schedule cleanings weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
  • Do you provide any tips for cleaning my home or office?
    Yes! We are happy to provide advice on how to keep your space looking and feeling its best. For example, we recommend vacuuming carpets and rugs regularly, dusting surfaces with a damp cloth, and cleaning windows and mirrors with streak-free glass cleaner.
  • Should I tip my cleaners?
    Tipping is at your discretion. It is not expected, but gratefully accepted by your housekeeper.
  • Do you have any tips for getting the most out of Your Cleaning Genie services?
    Yes! To get the most out of our services, we recommend doing the following: • Clean and declutter any areas that you would like us to focus on before the cleaners arrive • Have all materials and supplies ready for the cleaners • Communicate any specific instructions or requests to the cleaners before their arrival • Provide feedback after the cleaning is complete so that we can continue to improve our services.

  • How do I get started?
    It’s as easy as giving us a call or book your cleaning online! The first thing we will do is visit your home to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate. We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you. Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalized, consistent, and timely service.
  • How I know your staff is trustworthy?
    Your Cleaning Genie employs professionals who have been expertly trained to take care of your home. Our company is also licensed, insured, and bonded, guaranteeing the utmost safety of your home and loved ones.   • Are you insured and bonded?
    Yes. We are insured and bonded!
  • Do I need to be home?
    No, you don’t need to be home if you wish to be gone during the appointment.  Most of our customers entrust us with a key or garage code – which is kept secure.  Otherwise, you can provide us with another method of access to your home and we’ll lock up when we leave.
  • Will I always have the same cleaner?
    Yes. Owner and her employees will always be your cleaners, as we like to gain your trust with the same people every time!
  • How long will my cleaning take?
    We usually estimate 1 hour per bedroom, but we do not specify a length of cleaning.  We clean until we are finished for a standard home and within reason.  For special cases or extremely large homes, we may adjust the estimate and price for fairness.
